First ten days with baby Cherice in our lives have gone by… not too bad overall though I’ve my moments of paranoia, engorgement and low moods. She is so sweet and soft – love holding her in my arms when she falls asleep after feeds that sometimes I don’t feel like putting her down in her cot. She also has the most heartwarming smiles though she mostly smiles in her sleep for now. Looking forward to her first real smile & capturing it in a photo.
I’ve become a milking mama and hopefully my supply will keep up with her appetite. Next appointment with the pediatrician is in 3 weeks.. I hope she gains weight by then!
Meantime, we haven’t decided on her Chinese name and got to start planning for her one month old baby shower already!!
